What You'll Learn

A Step-By-Step Guide to Developing a PdM Program

This webinar will take you through the journey of building a predictive maintenance program from start to finish with an emphasis on practicality. While this process can seem daunting at first, we intend to break it down simply with budgetary and skillset limitations in mind.

How to Develop a Criticality List

A criticality list is like the compass of your PdM program. We will cover how you can determine the rate of failure and effect that each asset in your facility can have on production in your organization. This crucial step will serve as a basis for how to effectively monitor the condition of your machinery.

How to Develop KPI's

KPI's are key to understanding if your PdM program is working. We will discuss how to determine the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of your assets; an industry accepted calculation for monitoring asset performance.

Choosing the Correct Technology for Your Assets

Vibration monitoring isn't one size fits all. We will teach the different methods of monitoring and cover the required technology for each piece of equipment in your facility.

Getting Started and Maintaining the Program

Successful PdM requires you to not bite off more than you can chew. We will cover how to start your program incrementally, integrate into your WMS (Work Management System), and identify habits for long-term success.

Short Term & Long Term Repairs

Once your program is running, there is a good chance that repairs will overwhelm maintenance team. Follow along with us as we identify the difference between every type of repair and prioritize the work with planners.

Reporting Your Wins and KPI's

Don't let your work go unnoticed! We will talk about how to recognize your wins and report on your KPI's to track program success.

Live Q&A

After the live presentation is over, attendees will have an open forum for any webinar attendees to ask PdM related questions.
